#2 Are there any stairs at pickup and/or drop-off? If you don’t know yet it’s ok.

***Will you help me load and unload?

Of course!

***How much notice do you need?

If you are looking for a single mover, we can always accommodate same-day booking. For 2 movers, it's preferable to book at least the day before or earlier if you are looking for a specific time.

***Can I ride with you?

Yes! As long you are wearing a protective facemask during the transit.

***I can't lift. Can you provide a 2nd mover?

Yes, and it’s actually surprisingly pretty inexpensive to add a 2nd mover.

***Can you pick up my Kijiji purchase(s) for me?

Yes! As long as the seller can give a little hand in loading the item in the vehicle then that's not a problem. If not, then you will either have to be there or request a 2nd mover, unless it's a very small item that can easily be lifted by a single mover.

***Can you pick up my item(s) from the store?

Yes! You will only need to provide us with a piece of ID and a copy of the receipt.

***Can you pick up my item(s) for me outside the GTA?

Yes!

***Can you do multiple pickups?

Yes! That's our specialty and it always turns cheaper than doing few individual pickups.

***Do you have a dolly and moving blankets?

Yes! Each minivan comes with a 4 wheel dolly and about a dozen blankets.

***Can you give me a discount?

Yes! If you are ok with a curbside pickup & drop off we can usually help with the price a little.

***Is there any hidden fees or charges?

No, never. We make sure to gather all the information from you upfront to give you a fair and accurate price that we will be able to honor.

***Do you move appliances (Fridge, oven, dishwasher, dryer, etc...), heaving sporting equipment like treadmills or large display cabinet / China hutch?

I am sorry we don't.

***Can you disassemble/assemble my furniture?

The short answer is no but do let us know if it's a service you would need and we would do our best to accommodate.
